Growing up in the Eastside Bellevue/Kirkland area, Chad always felt inspired by the growing rate the greater Seattle area has to offer for real estate. Chad's passion for meeting others' needs and providing top-notch dedication is how he built his business as a real estate agent. Chad is there for his clients and does everything he can to ensure the home buying/selling process is enjoyable. He brings trust and attention to his work and works hard for the relationships he has. Seeing the satisfaction and ease on a client’s face is what drives him to do what he does. Chad finds joy in golfing, BBQing with family and friends, and spending time with Baylee and their sweet French bulldog, Earl Gray. He and his family have called Downtown Bothell home for over two years. They love spending time at local coffee shops, and restaurants, and keeping up with the development that’s to come. Chad believes strongly in doing for others, something you will sense within his work and your friendship with him as a client.

Raised in a small town North of Seattle. She grew up with strong morals and a sense of dreaming. Putting the important things first is something she puts effort toward daily and hopes that clients do the same when finding a suitable home. Real estate and design are not considered “work” to her. She is passionate and will hunt until the missing piece of the puzzle is found. Getting to know the stories of their clients, their needs, and their goals is something Baylee holds close when serving her clients. She strives to market sellers’ properties and use media and social networking tools to provide top-notch offers. Along with her passion for getting coffee with someone new; she loves day trips, hot yoga, shopping with her husband Chad, celebrating holidays, and finding new lunch spots. She sees her role as an opportunity to form long-lasting relationships upon trust. It all begins with an idea.
